Details:
- Type: Part-time to start, with a clear path to expanded hours as your patient panel grows
- Credentials: NP, PA, DC, MD, or DO
- Location: All of our positions are in-office. While we do offer virtual visits for patient convenience, we believe that exceptional patient care is best delivered in person. In-office assessments allow our team to see the full picture of a patient’s health, build stronger connections, and provide the highest standard of functional medicine care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive, root-cause evaluations using advanced diagnostics
- Build individualized care plans around nutrition, movement, sleep, and targeted therapies
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Warner and our clinical team
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with clear communication and follow-through
